Approximately 1700hrs Victoria Fire & Rescue's part of Virginia Communication Cache was requested and activated to assist for the 1st time. Longwood University in Farmville VA lost field communications.

At 20:56 hours Victoria Fire & Rescue was dispatched for a MVA that had overturned on Bragg Rd. Rescue 2 arrived to find a single vehicle overturned in the road way. The single occupant was self extricated upon arrival and was taken to a local hospital and treated for his injuries.

At 1359 hours Victoria Fire & Rescue was dispatched for a structure fire at 4509 Lunenburg County Rd. Engine 2 with 5 arrived at 1408 to find a single story structure with heavy fire showing on alpha and delta sides.

At 1632 hours Victoria Fire & Rescue was dispatched for a structure fire at 1528 Nottoway Blvd. Chief 2 arrived to find a two story residential with light smoke showing from the Charlie Delta corner of the first division.

Dispatched at 0751hrs for Single Vehicle possibly overturned across from 4184 Poorhouse Road. Rescue 2(with 4) arrived to find vehicle off roadway on its side with 1 pinned. Crew began securing vehicle and patient care.

At 15:41 Victoria Fire & Rescue along with Kenbridge Fire and Meherrin Fire, were dispatched to a woods fire on Kings Rd. Support 2 arrived to find a large woods fire with very limited access. Units gained access and deployed forestry lines along with a DOF dozer to stop the fast moving fire.

Dispatched 1528hrs for Mutual Aid to Chase City for a Brush fire in the vicinity of Traffic Road. Upon arrival Chief 2 got assignments for Rescue 2, Brush 2 to attack the left and right flanks of a field burning.

Dispatched 1159hrs to 2194 Poorhouse Road for reported shed fire. Upon arrival, Chief 2 found a fully involved shed, field fire, and multiple exposures in close proximity. Kenbridge Fire was added to the assignment.

Dispatched 2226hrs to 1640 Marshalltown Road for a house fire. Engine 2(with 5) arrived to find a 2 story wood frame residence with heavy smoke coming from 2nd floor. Engine 2's crew made initial interior attack, and knocked 1st floor involvement down.

Dispatched at 2210hrs to 4349 Poorhouse Road for reported Carbon Monoxide Detector alarming. Upon arrival Engine 2(with 7) and Squad 2(with 2) arrived to find a single story home, with occupants inside, and advising their detector had been alarming.

Victoria Fire & Rescue dispatched at 17:12 for a single vehicle overturned on Blakenship Pond Rd. Rescue 2 arrived (with 3) to find a single vehicle on its side one occupant entraped. Rescue 2's crew stabilized and extricated the sole occupant, she was evaluated and released.

Victoria Fire & Rescue dispatched at 16:05 to the 1900 block of Falls Rd for a two vehicle MVA involving a School Bus. Chief 2 and Rescue2 (with 3) arrived to find two vehicle accident mini van into a school bus with heavy damage.

Disp 1031hrs for Vehicle Fire on Landfill Rd. Upon arrival E-2(with 5) found 1 hauler fully involved, while working on initial fire, fuel tank ruptured from vehicle and involved the 2 vehicles beside it.

Dispatched 1250 for Trailer Fire. Upon arrival units found Fully Involved trailer, and multiple junk vehicles burning. Engine 2 (with 5) arrived and stretched handlines to extinguish and protect other storage structures nearby.

Victoria Fire & Rescue dispatched at 2351hrs to the intersection of Lunenburg County and Arvins Store Roads for a single vehicle MVA with injuries. Rescue 2 (with 4) arrived to find a small SUV upright and across ditchline, and one occupant ambulatory.

Victoria Fire & Rescue dispatched at 1735hrs to the 9000 block of Oral Oaks Road for MVA with injuries. Engine 2 (with 4) arrived to find a fully involved car on the edge of roadway, and a occupant that was pulled from vehicle by hunters in the area at the time of the accident.

At 19:32 hours Victoria Fire & Rescue was dispatched for a MVA with injury. Within moments of dispatch a member from Victoria arrived to find a single vehicle with rollover and entrapment. Rescue 2 responding with 3 @ 19:34 was the first to arrive and began patient care and outlining hazards.
